isb15 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "isb15", "we", "us", "our" refers to the isb15 gaming platform, operated by the licensing entity holding the applicable international gaming licence, accessible at isb15.ws.
• "You", "Player", "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the isb15 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created on the isb15 platform that holds your player profile, balance, transaction history, and settings.
• "Platform" means the isb15 website at isb15.ws, including all gaming products, payment systems, promotions, and related services accessible through it.
• "Real Money Balance" means the PKR amount in your isb15 account resulting from confirmed deposits, excluding any bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bet amounts, or bonus funds credited to your account by isb15 subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process isb15 conducts in accordance with its licensing and anti-money laundering obligations.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction placed by a Player on their own account that prevents access to the isb15 platform for a specified or indefinite period.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the isb15 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (collectively, the "Agreement"), govern your access to and use of the isb15 platform. The Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and isb15.

By completing the isb15 registration process, clicking "I Agree" or any equivalent acceptance mechanism, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full.
• You accept and agree to be legally bound by all provisions of this Agreement.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 below.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

Use of the isb15 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. isb15 enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all products and services.
• You are registering and using the Platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming or sports betting is unlawful.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on isb15 or any other gambling platform where such cross-platform obligations apply.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of isb15 or any of its affiliates or technology providers.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

isb15 may at any time, and will prior to processing withdrawals above defined thresholds, require you to complete KYC verification by submitting government-issued identity documentation (CNIC, Passport, or equivalent). Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by isb15 may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality or account access.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one isb15 account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited regardless of the payment method, device, or email address used. Where duplicate accounts are identified, isb15 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all related bets and transactions, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your isb15 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. isb15 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify isb15 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

4.3 Account Suspension and Closure. isb15 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, money laundering, identity misrepresentation, or violation of the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 8. isb15 will provide notice of suspension where legally permissible and where doing so does not compromise an ongoing investigation.

4.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. isb15 may charge a monthly inactivity fee against any remaining balance after providing written notice to the registered email address. Fees will not reduce any balance below zero.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods. isb15 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). isb15 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges for which isb15 accepts no responsibility.

5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your isb15 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are typically credited within 30 minutes during standard banking hours. isb15 cannot guarantee deposit processing times as they are partially dependent on third-party payment infrastructure.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Once KYC is approved, JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 2 to 6 hours. These timeframes are indicative and not contractually guaranteed. isb15 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request.

5.4 Withdrawal Method Restriction. isb15 operates a return-to-source policy wherever technically feasible — withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. Where this is not possible, isb15 will process withdrawals to an alternative verified method at its discretion.

5.5 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit amounts start at Rs 200 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa and Rs 500 for bank transfers. Maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your isb15 account. isb15 reserves the right to revise transaction limits at any time.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by isb15 are subject to these general terms and any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in each promotion. Bets placed on certain game types (including but not limited to live casino, certain slot titles, or specific sports markets) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all to wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated promotional period or that have not met their wagering requirements within the applicable validity window will automatically expire and be removed from your account without compensation.

6.4 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, household, IP address, device, payment method, and shared residential address.

6.5 Bonus Abuse. isb15 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements, using bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit low-margin outcomes, and coordinating with other players to systematically exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, isb15 reserves the right to void all associated bets, forfeit all bonus and any derived winnings, and close the account.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets. isb15 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, where a bet is placed after the event or market has closed, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all betting markets and casino products. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement or at the game table and may be revised by isb15 at any time without prior notice.

7.3 Payout Limits. Maximum single-event and aggregate daily payout limits apply across all isb15 sportsbook markets. These limits are published in the sports betting product section and may differ by sport, market type, and event. Casino product payout limits are governed by the relevant game rules.

7.4 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a software malfunction, technical error, or obvious pricing error, isb15 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the players' accounts. Winnings derived from manifest errors are not payable. isb15 will endeavour to resolve all error-related disputes fairly and transparently.

7.5 Cricket Betting. Cricket betting markets including PSL, international Test matches, T20Is, and One-Day Internationals are governed by the isb15 Sports Betting Rules published within the Platform. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, settlement will follow the applicable rule set for the relevant competition.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the isb15 Platform. Violation of any prohibition below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one account or assisting any other person to circumvent the single account policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information or identity documentation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the isb15 Platform, including but not limited to placing bets, playing casino games, or exploiting promotional mechanics.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sports outcomes, or placing bets based on information not available to the general public.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game, poker variant, or promotional challenge.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any form of financial fraud.
• Exploiting software errors, game vulnerabilities, or unintended system behaviour to generate winnings.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the isb15 Platform software.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith following legitimate gaming losses.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing isb15 staff or other players through any communication channel.

isb15 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. We enforce a strict 21+ age policy across all products and services. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be used as a means to generate income or to recover financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all isb15 account holders and can be activated at any time from the account dashboard without requiring support intervention:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will receive a notification when the limit is approaching.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of the time elapsed and amounts wagered during your session.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude your account for a minimum period of 6 weeks, up to 5 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. During the exclusion period, isb15 will not send you any promotional communications and will decline any attempts to log in or register a new account.

All content on the isb15 Platform, including but not limited to the isb15 brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game content, data, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of isb15 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the isb15 Platform without prior written permission from isb15.

Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to you. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by isb15 and its licensors.

11.1 The isb15 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, isb15 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors or interruptions.

11.2 isb15 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from: your use of or inability to use the Platform; reliance on any information displayed on the Platform; any interruption, delay, or failure of the Platform due to technical issues or circumstances beyond isb15's reasonable control; or any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

11.3 Nothing in this Agreement shall limit isb15's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11.4 isb15's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

isb15 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is available at isb15.ws/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will be used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, fraud prevention, and (where you have opted in) marketing communications. isb15 will not sell your personal data to third parties and will only share it with service providers who require it to fulfil the services described in the Privacy Policy, or where required by law or regulatory obligation.

isb15 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, isb15 will provide notice via the registered email address associated with your account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the isb15 Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure by contacting isb15 customer support.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be accessible at isb15.ws/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.

14.1 Governing Law. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which isb15 holds its international gaming licence. The application of conflict of law rules is excluded.

14.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and isb15, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting isb15 customer support with a written description of the issue. isb15 will use reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint within 14 business days of receipt.

14.3 Formal Dispute Process. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through informal channels, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by isb15's licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation process will be provided upon request from isb15 customer support.

14.4 No Class Actions. Any dispute must be brought in your individual capacity only. You agree not to bring or participate in any class action or representative proceeding against isb15.
